Responsibilities

  • Own overall account health

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years in enterprise account management or customer success
  • Proven track record of renewing/expanding large accounts
  • Executive presence and experience with VP/C-suite stakeholders
  • Comfort with large group facilitation
  • Data and slideware fluency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot), data analysis tools, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
