Job Description

LightEdge Solutions is seeking a Procurement Manager to mature the procurement function, support sourcing initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across the purchasing lifecycle. This role will involve working cross-functionally with various departments to restructure the organization with industry best practices and build a modern Procurement function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives, RFIs, RFPs, and vendor evaluations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs with suppliers
• Support strategic supplier consolidation
• Develop category strategies
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Ensure contractual compliance
• Oversee purchasing workflows and POs
• Implement procurement best practices
• Partner with Finance for budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering
• Build procurement frameworks and policies
• Strengthen internal compliance

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in procurement or sourcing
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience with contracts and SOWs
• Familiarity with IT hardware/software and data center vendors
• Data analysis and Excel skills
• Ability to operate independently
• High attention to detail
• Experience with procurement systems (Coupa, ServiceNow, NetSuite) a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
