Job Description

LightEdge is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to enhance and evolve their enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role involves designing solutions, improving user experience, and driving improvements in internal customer workflows, with a focus on ITSM and CSM.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges
  • Build and extend ITSM and CSM capabilities
  • Contribute to Order Management and SPM roadmaps
  • Drive ServiceNow platform upgrades
  • Support platform optimization efforts
  • Collaborate on integrations using ServiceNow patterns
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Stay current on ServiceNow releases

Requirements

  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow configuration and application development
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting
  • Understanding of ServiceNow’s platform model
  • Familiarity with common ServiceNow integration patterns
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
