The Customer Solution Partner (CSP) collaborates with Sales to define Coupa’s delivery approach, emphasizing early value. This role involves working with partners to shape proposals, scoping, estimating, and costing engagements. The CSP ensures customer value is recognized and recommends scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close new service engagements
  • Engage with sales teams in pipeline building
  • Ensure customer value recognition and identify pain points
  • Participate in sales cycles
  • Design, estimate, and scope engagements
  • Develop customized service offerings
  • Provide feedback to Solution Delivery Team

Requirements

  • Experience selling consulting projects in a Software/SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of procurement and accounting processes
  • Track record managing services engagements for large customers
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Solutions-oriented with sales overachievement
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, Word, OpenAir
  • Positive mindset and commitment to continuous learning
