Job Description

The Senior Solutions Consultant is a lead functional business partner of Sales Managers, providing high-quality business and functional presentations and demonstrations to support Coupa’s business and revenue goals. They will also work across Coupa’s operations to drive the creation and maintenance of field-related material to be used in the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical and functional expertise during the sales process
  • Demonstrating how Coupa meets prospect needs with measurable value
  • Providing technical understanding of products, architecture, and integration
  • Delivering platform demonstrations, RFP assistance, IT Workshops, Training, Presentations, and Document Creation
  • Providing sales insights to salespeople and prospects
  • Managing accounts with 25-40% travel

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in systems applications selling, implementation, or solution consulting in Source-to-Pay, eProcurement, or Expense Management
  • Strong background with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications (Ariba, Ivalua, Concur, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
  • Skilled in configuring/customizing applications, delivering software demonstrations, and leading discovery sessions
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge sharing, mentoring, and expertise in spend management
