Job Description

The Senior Strategic Value Advisory Director is a customer-facing consultant responsible for partnering with account executives and solution architects to deliver business value to large enterprise and global strategic accounts. This role is critical in the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, guiding customers through data-driven value conversations and serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams to shape deal strategy and create commercial narratives
  • Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and pain points
  • Develop business cases and ROI models
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations
  • Guide account teams as a deal captain
  • Contribute to territory and account planning
  • Mentor Value Advisory peers

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or finance/supply chain
  • SaaS sales or pre-sales experience preferred
  • Success engaging at the C-suite level
  • Experience guiding customers through change initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Executive presence and presentation delivery
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong storytelling ability
  • Self-starter mindset
  • BA/BS required, Masters preferred
