Job Description

Coupa is seeking a Senior Digital Customer Value Manager to support customers within their Supply Chain Design and Planning business. This role focuses on maximizing customer value through digital engagement, establishing programs, and creating content to drive adoption, retention, and improved supply chain practices. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor and collaborate with various internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Supply Chain Design and Planning information via digital engagements
  • Develop adoption and enablement campaigns
  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person user groups and webinars
  • Create content for digital and named customer segments
  • Onboard new customers and improve internal visibility
  • Analyze data to programatize digital initiatives
  • Monitor customer health and address risks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and escalate opportunities

Requirements

  • 8 years of overall experience, 3+ in supply chain design/planning
  • Experience with LLamasoft/Coupa SCDP preferred
  • Customer/client management experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and digital communication skills
  • Experience building a community of solution users
  • Strong organizational, time management, and data analytics skills
  • Project management skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20%
