Job Description

The Vice President, Value Assurance is a critical executive leadership role responsible for mobilizing cross-functional resources to ensure that every Coupa customer realizes and sustains the maximum financial and operational value from their investment. This leader acts as the escalation point for high-stakes, at-risk customer relationships where the customer's perceived value and return on investment is compromised.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of customer-facing leadership experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services within an enterprise SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience in building, leading, and inspiring teams
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving multi-million-dollar, C-suite-level escalations
  • Expertise in bringing structure to complex situations
  • Deep understanding of financial and performance metrics
  • Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
