Job Description

Coupa is seeking an experienced Technical Architect Manager to lead a regional team within their global Technical Architecture practice. This role focuses on guiding architects who design and deliver enterprise-grade integrations between Coupa and ERP or third-party systems, ensuring customers achieve measurable business outcomes. The manager will also be responsible for scaling the architecture practice, developing technical talent, and fostering innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of Technical Architects
• Oversee architecture delivery for customer implementations
• Drive consistency and scalability within the global TA practice
• Partner cross-functionally with Services, Product, Customer Success, and Sales
• Promote innovation through reusable components and automation
• Serve as a senior escalation point for technical issues
• Lead consulting-wide initiatives
• Ensure measurable outcomes through delivery KPIs
• Foster a culture of excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in integration or technical architecture
• 2+ years of people or team leadership experience
• Proven expertise designing and delivering large-scale integrations with ERP systems
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies (sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP, middleware tools)
• Strong foundation in SQL and relational databases
• Domain experience in Finance and Procurement processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
