Job Description

The Director of Business Development will focus on identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities in the U.S. for clinical trials software.

Responsibilities

  • Sell clinical trials software to pharmaceutical and biotech companies
  • Achieve company sales goals
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Educate customers on software value
  • Maintain sales records
  • Communicate activities to sales leadership
  • Prepare and deliver presentations
  • Generate quotes and proposals
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences
  • Assist in creating sales plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years IVR/IWR or pharmaceutical services sales experience
  • Proven track record in B2B Software sales
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attentive listening skills
  • Excellent communication skills
