The Director of Business Development will focus on identifying, developing, and winning new business opportunities in the U.S. for clinical trials software.
Responsibilities
Sell clinical trials software to pharmaceutical and biotech companies
Achieve company sales goals
Establish and maintain client relationships
Educate customers on software value
Maintain sales records
Communicate activities to sales leadership
Prepare and deliver presentations
Generate quotes and proposals
Participate in trade shows and conferences
Assist in creating sales plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years IVR/IWR or pharmaceutical services sales experience
Proven track record in B2B Software sales
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
