Job Description

Health Plan Customer Success Managers provide strategic partnerships to clients, acting as trusted advisors with deep knowledge of their business. This role focuses on maximizing adoption of Collective Medical’s technology, aligning product capabilities with organizational goals, and maintaining long-term relationships. The CSM will identify performance improvement opportunities, build account plans, and provide ongoing consultative support.

Requirements

  • Prior health plan experience

  • Post-secondary education
  • SaaS or EHR experience is a plus
