Job Description

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth within the Life Sciences segment by managing strategic accounts, developing new business opportunities, and positioning PointClickCare as a leading provider of Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions. This role involves working with pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations to deliver insights supporting drug development and market access.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare technology
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of clinical research and market access
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
  • Self-starter with initiative and resourcefulness
