Job Description

This program leader will evolve the customer engagement marketing strategic plan, empowering customers with a valuable digital experience through online communities, nurture programs, and leveraging positive customer experiences to influence buyer decisions. The role involves navigating stakeholders, utilizing industry and product knowledge, and driving engagement strategy to support sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer engagement programs
  • Collaborate with web developers for platform maintenance and upgrades
  • Build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Align with Brand and Demand teams to drive engagement
  • Provide direction for campaign activation
  • Drive community participation and uphold standards
  • Grow online communities' userbase and engagement
  • Gather, interpret, and analyze program data
  • Contribute to measurement and reporting
  • Share customer insights with relevant teams
  • Promote the value of customer engagement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS/Healthcare
  • Proven success in Online Community and Customer Advocacy Program Management
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage KPIs
  • Strategic thinking, relationship-building, flexibility, and communication skills
