Job Description

The Professional Services Manager will lead the project management team responsible for delivering software solutions to customers in the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) markets, focusing on high quality, efficiency, and profitability. This role involves customer relationship management, team leadership, and driving continuous service improvement. The manager will oversee a primarily remote team supporting US and Canadian customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team for successful service delivery
  • Manage project risk and client escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer relationships
  • Develop business growth strategies and hiring plans
  • Support team member development
  • Enhance Project Management and Service Delivery processes

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Management experience in enterprise software (SaaS preferred)
  • Customer-facing experience (professional services, consulting)
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Strong operational, project management, and process improvement skills
  • Experience with change management
  • Experience with PointClickCare or EHR software
  • Expertise in professional services sales
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and problem-solve
  • Experience in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent presentation and team building skills
