Job Description

The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement leading practices to optimize workflows and drive business outcomes within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. This role involves in-depth analysis of customer business processes, configuration, and setup, and collaboration within a high-performance team to drive customer value and solution adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Document customer requirements
  • Translate technical requirements into configuration setup
  • Lead business discovery and develop recommendations
  • Execute system configuration setup
  • Ensure data quality and security
  • Assess and validate implementation plans
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues
  • Maintain training databases
  • Suggest configuration improvements
  • Establish stakeholder relationships
  • Manage communication among project stakeholders
  • Lead customer change management strategies
  • Test and document new offerings
  • Develop expertise in product offerings

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business or technology (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience configuring or implementing software solutions (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Consulting experience with workflow analysis
  • Experience working on multiple project teams
  • Accountability and initiative
  • Self-starter with adaptability
  • 2-4+ years in a software implementation role
  • Healthcare market experience (preferred)
