Job Description

PointClickCare is seeking a strategic Director to lead the development, sales, and execution of partner-driven wallet solutions within the post-acute care sector. This role requires a blend of business development, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional leadership to drive adoption and innovation in their digital wallet ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmap for Partner Powered Wallet solutions
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for wallet adoption
• Drive new business development and manage existing accounts
• Develop strategic account plans
• Build and nurture strategic partner relationships
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and technology teams
• Lead and mentor a direct report
• Monitor wallet performance and partner engagement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech, or partner-driven solutions
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in healthcare or post-acute markets
• Ability to navigate complex organizations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
