airSlate is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead a global team of 60+ engineers across backend, frontend, mobile, and AI. The role involves translating business goals into technology strategy, driving engineering excellence, and evolving architecture to support high-scale products. This is a remote-first, full-time position within a fast-growing SaaS company.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior leadership (Director/VP) within SaaS
• Track record of delivering SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong business acumen
• Experience partnering with executives
• Deep expertise in software and platform architecture
• Proven track record scaling global teams
• Experience with self-serve scale and enterprise platforms
• AI/ML infrastructure experience is a plus
• Familiarity with Laravel, Go, React/Redux, etc. is a plus
