Job Description

Zeta is seeking a Senior Product Head for Deposits and Liabilities in the US market. This role will be both internal and external facing, focusing on product strategy, management, operations, integrations, compliance, go-to-market support, and customer engagement for their Tachyon Deposits and ITP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define quarterly roadmap for Tachyon Deposits and Tachyon ITP
• Assist Product and Engineering teams to build and maintain the Zeta Tachyon Demand Deposit Platform
• Assist Product and Operations teams to build capabilities and define SOPs for Deposit Operations
• Identify and integrate with external vendors and networks
• Configure regulatory compliance and reporting for deposits
• Support Sales and Sales Engineering motions
• Interface with Customer teams for requirement gathering

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Product Strategy and/or Implementation for Financial Service products
• Deep understanding of U.S. banking and payments ecosystem
• Experience with issuer-side banking systems and transaction processing platforms
• Knowledge of core banking architecture
• Expertise in Deposit Operations, including fraud management and compliance
• Familiarity with US payment rails and networks
• Experience with KYC/IDV, AML, and fraud tools
• Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
