Job Description

Zeta is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role involves incident management, documentation, escalation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems
  • Monitor and triage incoming support requests
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Adhere to security protocols and compliance standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of overall experience
  • Experience with POSTMAN, Kibana, Splunk, and Grafana
  • Engineering degree (preferably IT or Comp Sci)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
