Job Description

The Director - Sales Engineering will drive sales and growth by leveraging technical expertise to support the sales process, providing technical assistance, and developing sales strategies to meet customer needs and company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Collaborate with sales to develop proposals and strategies
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Analyze market trends and provide product feedback
  • Conduct training sessions for customers and sales team
  • Create and maintain documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in B2B SaaS, cloud computing, or Financial software
  • Strong understanding of sales processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adaptability and customer-centric approach
