Job Description

Morning Brew Inc. is seeking a self-starter with sales experience to prospect, pitch, close, and grow business relationships with executive-level marketers at consumer and lifestyle brands. The role focuses on understanding client needs and developing tailored campaigns leveraging the Morning Brew ecosystem. The position is hybrid with a preference for NYC-based employees.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and building target lead lists
  • Value selling and pitching to clients
  • Managing a full-cycle sales pipeline
  • Collaborating with internal teams to build media plans
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data

Requirements

  • 2–8 years of experience in consumer/lifestyle sales
  • 2+ years of closing experience
  • Experience with six-figure contracts
  • Familiarity with digital advertising metrics
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
