Morning Brew Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, People Ops Generalist to join their growing People Ops team. This role will focus on ownership of the LOA program, leading the Culture Club, reimagining DEI strategy, providing employee relations support, overseeing training initiatives, managing benefits and 401(k) administration, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Own company’s LOA program
• Lead Culture Club
• Reimagine DEI strategy
• Provide employee relations support
• Oversee training and manager development
• Collaborate on in-office experiences
• Assist with exit interviews
• Manage employee benefits and 401(k)
• Maintain company compliance
• Oversee performance review processes
• Support Head of HR with organizational needs

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR/People Operations experience
• Proactive self-starter
• Success owning People programs
• Strong operational mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
