Job Description

As a Jr DevOps Engineer, you will support the delivery of software features and fixes to customers quickly and reliably. You will contribute to the evolution of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions, fostering integration between development and operations.

Responsibilities

• Iterate on CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Collaborate on source code branching and release strategies
• Monitor cloud infrastructure health and performance
• Implement monitoring solutions
• Contribute to cloud architecture design
• Drive adoption of cloud-native technologies
• Liaise between support, development, and cross-functional teams
• Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Receive mentorship from senior DevOps team members
• Promote a collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience
• 2+ years Windows/Linux administration experience
• Introductory cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
• Experience with automation, cloud engineering, and DevOps principles
• Troubleshooting skills
• Scripting language experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
• Version control experience (Git)
• Familiarity with containers and containerization
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with logging/monitoring concepts
• Exposure to relational and NoSQL databases
• Ability to learn rapidly and follow guidance
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
