Quest Analytics is seeking a motivated Data Engineer to build scalable infrastructure, implement automation, and enable cross-functional teams with reliable data. The role involves daily data infrastructure operations, optimization, troubleshooting, and supporting data initiatives to ensure optimal data delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement internal process improvements
• Design and implement best practice standards for development
• Run daily operations of the data infrastructure
• Monitor and report on data pipeline tasks
• Work with internal teams to understand process and efficiency gains
• Write reusable and efficient code
• Participate in training and mentoring programs
• Adhere to company values and support a positive culture
• Respond to client and management requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 3 years of experience with ETL, data operations, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with Azure Data Factory and ADLS
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with Apache Spark or Databricks
• Working knowledge of database modeling
• Working knowledge of Pandas and numpy
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
