Quest Analytics is seeking a dedicated full-time Data Analyst to analyze healthcare data, identify trends, and develop solutions to support business decision-making. The role involves independent research, data validation, report development, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data discrepancies using SQL and Excel
• Respond to data requests from stakeholders
• Navigate internal databases independently
• Develop and maintain recurring reports
• Apply analytical approaches to data challenges
• Translate technical data into business insights
• Write and optimize SQL queries
• Build and maintain Excel reports
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Identify data integrity issues
• Document investigations and resolutions

Requirements

• Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in process strategies and improvements
• 3+ years of experience with healthcare data
• Advanced SQL proficiency
• Expertise in Excel
• Experience with data validation and ETL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
