Job Description

January AI is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Vice President of Product to lead their product organization during a period of rapid growth. The VP of Product will own and evolve the product roadmap across mobile, web, AI-driven insights, and clinical-grade health features, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead and grow product management and design teams
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, and Commercial teams
• Ensure products are grounded in user research and health science
• Translate AI and multiomic data into actionable insights
• Establish strong product processes
• Own product analytics and KPIs
• Represent the voice of the user
• Guide regulatory and compliance-related product decisions
• Champion a culture of rapid iteration

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, 4+ years in leadership
• Proven success shipping and scaling products in digital health, AI/ML, or consumer SaaS
• Track record of building B2C or B2B2C health products
• Strong user empathy
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with mobile and web app development
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
