January AI is seeking a results-driven VP of Business Development to lead high-value enterprise partnerships in the health, wellness, and hospitality sectors. The role involves executing the company's vision of improving healthspan and driving commercial success through ecosystem integration, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to integrate their AI health coach into various platforms and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale major enterprise partnerships
  • Own the full lifecycle of partnerships from prospecting to monetization
  • Translate partner needs into scalable offerings
  • Drive co-branded program development
  • Build and manage P&L models
  • Foster executive relationships

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, strategy, or enterprise partnerships
  • Experience in health systems, health tech, hospitality, wellness, or consumer digital health
  • Proven success closing 6- to 7-figure deals
  • Strong grasp of product-market fit
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Passion for health, personalization, and longevity science
  • Excellent communication skills
