Job Description

Choose is seeking a detail-oriented Influencer Campaign & Recruitment Specialist to manage influencer partnerships, including gifting campaigns and recruitment, to grow and strengthen their influencer community. The role involves end-to-end campaign management, influencer scouting, negotiation, and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Manage influencer lists and outreach
• Coordinate shipments and monitor deliveries
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide recommendations
• Identify and onboard new influencers
• Maintain relationships with existing influencers
• Produce monthly KPI reports
• Conduct competitor and market benchmarking

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in influencer marketing
• Organized and proactive
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Data-driven and analytical
• Native-level English or bilingual proficiency
