Job Description

The Director of Client Management is a leadership role responsible for the overall success and strategic direction of the Client Management function. This role focuses on driving revenue expansion, deepening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional value delivery for TrueAccord’s most strategic clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within client portfolio
• Develop strategic plans for client retention and expansion
• Lead and mentor the client management team
• Manage performance and development of direct reports
• Serve as escalation point for client issues
• Monitor and report on client performance
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in Client Management, Account Management, or Client Success
• 5+ years of direct people management experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of digital business models
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
