Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience
• 3+ years in a call center/customer service industry
• Proven track record in managing employee relations
• Understanding of HR principles
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence outcomes and achieve results
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
