Job Description

TrueML is seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Manager, HRBP to partner with leaders in TrueML Products and TrueML Shared Services while leading a team of HRBPs. This role blends strategy and execution, providing direct HRBP support to senior leaders while developing a team to ensure consistent HR delivery. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, immigration, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HRBP support to assigned entities
  • Manage and develop HRBPs
  • Oversee immigration and international employee relations
  • Lead performance review and compensation cycles
  • Participate in M&A activities
  • Drive HR strategy and workforce planning
  • Resolve complex employee relations matters
  • Develop managers and leaders

Requirements
