Job Description

TrueML is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer I to develop and extend their payments platform infrastructure, collaborating with UX, Design, and Experimentation teams to create a seamless web experience for customers managing their financial obligations. The role involves applying strong technical and analytical skills, identifying tech debt, and mentoring other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical and product roadmap
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers
• Proactively solve code challenges
• Mentor other engineers
• Develop and extend payments platform infrastructure
• Identify and address tech debt

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of experience
• Proficient with Golang, React, and Payment processing
• Ability to make well-reasoned design/development trade-offs
• Proactively identify and fix inefficient/ineffective code
• Ability to facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Full end-to-end responsibility over complex initiatives
