Job Description

TrueML is seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, focusing on debt collections. The role requires a process-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on understanding customer needs to determine alignment with TrueML's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales, revenue, and productivity targets
  • Progress opportunities through product mastery and effective meetings
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos
  • Deliver expertise in virtual presentations and sales processes
  • Unearth new opportunities through cold calling
  • Demonstrate value to stakeholders
  • Maintain data hygiene
  • Adhere to TrueML's sales process

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience (debt collection)
  • Proven success selling SaaS into large organizations
  • Consistent track record of achieving 100%+ quota
  • Ability to penetrate senior leadership and build relationships
  • Experience navigating large organizations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally
