Job Description

The Senior Director of Transformation will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to drive operational efficiency, automation, and process optimization. This role involves strategic leadership, operational excellence through automation, change management, performance measurement, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance scalability and improve outcomes for patients, providers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap
• Partner with executive leaders to prioritize transformation opportunities
• Manage a team of direct reports
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and automate processes
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Establish KPIs and success metrics
• Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, IT, Finance, and HR

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or enterprise operations transformation
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows and digital transformation
• Proven track record of leading automation programs
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree
