Job Description

The Senior Transformation Analyst drives strategic and operational change, identifying risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. This role involves data-driven insights, process/technology solutions, and establishing governance structures to achieve measurable results, partnering with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations and define strategic priorities
• Develop business cases and implementation plans
• Identify compliance gaps and operational risks
• Embed controls and monitoring mechanisms
• Lead process analysis and design workflows
• Define KPIs and build dashboards
• Translate data into insights
• Support implementation of transformation initiatives
• Drive stakeholder adoption

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, or process improvement
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
• Experience working with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
