Job Description

Cohere Health is seeking a Client Success Manager to own steady-state account relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients. This role focuses on building strong relationships, driving performance insights, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive account management and hands-on engagement.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Highly organized
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite
