Job Description

Cohere Health is seeking a Client Success Specialist to support client success by acting as a liaison between Customer Success and other internal teams. The role involves process development, data analysis, organizational support, and building relationships with clients to ensure they receive the best possible support and perceive the value of Cohere Health's services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Client Success Manager with daily tasks
  • Manage client inbox and resolve inquiries
  • Monitor and manage support tickets
  • Analyze client data and generate insights
  • Support cross-functional projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve client experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 1-3 years experience in account management or client success
  • Administrative support and project management skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Healthcare domain experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite a plus
