Job Description

Cohere is seeking a proactive Senior Implementation Manager to lead implementations for new clients and expand into new markets. This customer-facing role involves coordinating all launch activities, collaborating with various teams, and shaping implementation best practices to ensure customer success and support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Own implementation end-to-end
• Partner with solutions team from pitch to close
• Convert launch vision into implementation plans
• Launch Cohere Health products with clients
• Liaise between client and Cohere teams
• Build strong relationships with teams
• Project manage implementation process
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Track and report implementation progress
• Refine implementation best practices
• Optimize processes for effectiveness
• Support playbook creation

Requirements

• 6-7 years of healthcare experience with payers
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• High level technical knowledge
• Intellectually curious and self-starting
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, and Excel
