Job Description

Cohere’s Provider & User Management Team is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of healthcare providers, serve as a primary point of contact, implement programs, drive proactive outreach, monitor performance, and provide consultative support to improve clinical quality and reduce manual review.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for providers
• Lead program implementation and onboarding
• Drive proactive outreach campaigns
• Monitor portfolio performance using reporting and scorecards
• Provide consultative support to optimize clinical protocols
• Support network implementations and provider onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-10+ years of experience in health solutions
• Experience with government healthcare programs (CMS)
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid rules
• Strong analytical and technical proficiency (Excel, Access)
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
