Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst to enable integration between the healthcare ecosystem and their platform, impacting patient care. The role involves defining and leading feature development, collaborating with internal and external teams, and ensuring seamless interoperability between systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development for platform integration
• Define technical requirements and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assess risks and dependencies
• Establish and monitor KPIs
• Serve as a client-facing analyst
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and internal teams
• Maintain epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
• Improve agile development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare integration experience preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with clinical and ancillary system interfaces
• Hands-on experience with EDI transactions
• Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, IHE)
• Experience with healthcare coding systems (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC)
• Track record of analyzing and defining requirements
• Knowledge of big data technologies (AWS, sFTP, APIs)
• Ability to use data and metrics
• Experience with agile scrum teams
