Cohere Health is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to lead the execution of bringing emerging solutions to market for their Quality and Risk solutions with Health Plan clients. This role involves incubation, evolution, and expansion of new products and service lines, requiring a self-starter with an ownership mentality and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product and solution ideas
• Track program performance and client value
• Develop analyses to inform product roadmap
• Customer-facing presentations and consultation
• Synthesize information to identify key issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in health-tech, consulting, or big-tech
• Track record of managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset
