Cohere Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Informaticist to bridge clinical expertise and data science, designing and optimizing data-driven healthcare solutions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure safe, evidence-based workflows and high-quality datasets, while also mentoring a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, validate, and optimize digital health solutions
• Translate clinical workflows into structured data
• Oversee clinical data labeling and validation
• Mentor junior informaticians
• Evaluate models for clinical soundness and safety
• Contribute to product and workflow optimization
• Participate in developing informatics methodologies

Requirements

• BSN or related clinical degree with active RN license
• 4–6+ years of experience in clinical informatics, analytics, or digital health
• Expertise in clinical data interpretation and validation
• Advanced understanding of EHR systems and clinical workflows
• Strong clinical reasoning and collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor staff and lead data quality initiatives
