Cohere Health is seeking an innovative Data Scientist to uncover insights from data, support product and clinical teams, and contribute to a growing data science team. The role involves analyzing healthcare data, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like LLMs, and presenting data-driven solutions to business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and perform trend analysis
• Design, develop, and deliver analytic deliverables
• Leverage LLMs and stochastic optimization
• Train and fine-tune LLMs for anomaly detection
• Analyze data from various sources to simulate impact and ROI
• Present information using data visualization
• Manage data science projects with supervision

Requirements

• 2+ years analytical experience in healthcare analytics
• Proficient in modeling approaches and data analytics methods
• Strong experience with data mining and building models
• Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and fine-tuning
• Experience with programming languages (Python, R, PySpark, Scala)
• Understanding of EMR, Claims, and SDOH data
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related field
