Cohere Health is seeking an innovative Senior Data Scientist to drive strategic data science initiatives, lead in-depth analyses of healthcare data, mentor junior data scientists, and present data-driven solutions to business challenges. Responsibilities

• Drive strategic data science initiatives
• Lead data science milestones and requirements gathering
• Conduct in-depth analyses of healthcare data
• Mentor junior data scientists
• Present data visualizations and propose solutions
• Design and conduct causal inference analyses
• Leverage cutting-edge technologies like LLM and stochastic optimization

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on data science experience in healthcare
• Demonstrated leadership in healthcare data science
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in modeling approaches and scientific methods
• Experience with data mining/data analysis methods
• Experience with programming languages (Python, PySpark, Scala, Spark SQL)
• Understanding of EMR, Claims, and SDOH data
• MSc or higher degree in a related field
