Cohere Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the execution of their product supporting health plans in improving HEDIS measure performance. This role involves zero-to-one product development, stakeholder alignment, and translating user needs into measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Align scope and product requirements
• Independently align stakeholders
• Understand HEDIS problem space
• Work with Design, Engineering, ML, Data Science, and User Research
• Define key success metrics
• Evangelize the product

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in care management, digital health, or related industries
• Ability to synthesize insights and run experiments
• Experience forming and executing product roadmaps
• Exceptional analytical capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
