Tenable is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Columbia, MD. The role involves providing on-site and remote technical support, resolving technical issues, performing installations and upgrades, and ensuring smooth tech operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Conduct IT onboarding
• Create/manage user accounts
• Configure equipment for new staff
• Resolve vulnerability issues
• Document solutions
• Route complex issues
• Maintain communication with users
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Manage IT hardware inventory

Requirements

• 3+ years of Technical Support Experience
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Experience supporting Apple and PC hardware
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows
• Experience with Active Directory/Okta
• Experience with JAMF, ServiceNow, Bigfix, Google Workspace
• Experience supporting mobile devices
• General knowledge of local area networks
• General knowledge of AWS Workspaces
• Able to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity
