Job Description

Tenable is seeking an experienced Finance professional to lead their corporate planning function, developing consolidated models for robust analysis and scenario reporting. The role involves managing a team, building the annual operating plan, maintaining forecasts, and collaborating with various departments to support strategic goals and accurate financial reporting as a public company.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cash flow forecasts
• Lead monthly budget vs. actual reviews
• Lead modeling of entity forecasts for tax planning
• Manage a team supporting reporting and analysis
• Collaborate on consolidated forecasts with long-range planning
• Ensure data integrity and insightful reporting across systems
• Serve as a technical expert and mentor
• Re-engineer processes and automate reporting
• Lead development of cost models for scenario analysis
• Evaluate cost-savings opportunities
• Recommend KPIs to drive performance
• Assist with incorporating Cloud costs and R&D investment into models

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 10+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
• Strong quantitative analysis and Excel modeling skills
• Experience with Financial Planning systems (Adaptive Planning preferred)
• In-depth understanding of three-statement financial models
• Prior FP&A or Corp financial planning experience
• Skill in presenting to all management levels
• Exposure to Tableau or similar BI tool
• SaaS industry experience a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, global organization a plus
• Hybrid/onsite work in Columbia, MD
