Job Description

The Manager of Customer Support will lead a team of Customer Support Specialists, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role focuses on delivering an industry-leading client experience through support, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Support Specialists
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure coverage
  • Conduct one-on-ones and quarterly development meetings
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Track and meet key client experience metrics
  • Review and act on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with teams to improve customer experience
  • Partner with clients, Sales, and Customer Success for escalations
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product for improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support leadership/people management experience
  • Experience defining and driving customer support metrics
  • Ability to partner with customers to understand requirements
  • Experience with Sales and Customer Success organizations
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States
