Job Description

This role involves building features for the Everlaw core product, leading roadmapping and execution, and supporting the career development of engineers. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with various teams to improve processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities

• Observe and understand Everlaw’s platform, tooling and processes
• Understand challenges and requirements from stakeholders
• Strategize, prioritize, resource and execute features
• Coach engineers and provide feedback
• Improve processes affecting infrastructure growth and collaboration

Requirements

• BS/MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a senior engineer
• Experience leading software engineers (1+ year)
• Strong understanding of computer science principles
• Experience with stakeholder collaboration
• Authorized to work in the United States
