Job Description

Everlaw is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead teams focused on developer experience and productivity, owning roadmaps for internal platforms and tooling to deliver efficiency gains. This role involves collaboration across the organization, driving roadmapping, and ensuring operational excellence for platform services.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform teams to build and evolve internal platforms and developer tooling
• Collaborate with Engineering Operations, Security Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Design
• Drive roadmapping, resourcing, and execution for platform areas
• Establish and use developer efficiency metrics
• Ensure operational excellence for platform services
• Coach and develop engineers and leads
• Partner with Engineering Operations to improve processes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years as a senior engineer building developer productivity tools or platform services
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers
• 2+ years of experience leading developer experience or platform teams
• Experience managing scalable database infrastructure
• Strong communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
